The chef Dario Bisso offers to Le Terrazze del Sole all the skills acquired in more than 25 years of experience, started at the Santandrea Restaurant, run by his family in the historic Vucciria Market.

His gastronomic training finds its roots in the Sicilian tradition with natural openings to technical innovation and to the culinary culture of the Mediterranean Sea.
